I've spent the last decade building marketing, product, and engineering systems for high-growth software companies. The pattern that emerged is what made me start Byte Dreams: every successful AI implementation I saw was a system, not a tool — and every failed one was a tool that nobody owned.
The big consultancies are good at narrative; the freelancers are good at the LLM call; nobody was good at the whole stack. So I built the agency I wanted to hire, on three principles: ship within 30 days, document everything, and turn down work that won't actually move a business number.
Outside of Byte Dreams: I'm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Most weeks I'm on calls, in code, or writing. I read more sales books than my engineers think I should and more engineering papers than my marketers think I should. That tension is on purpose.
