Do you offer revenue-share?

Sometimes, for the right partnership. We'll consider revenue-share or success fees on top of (not in place of) a base. The base ensures we're still motivated to ship when the business outcome takes longer than projected to materialize.

Can I pause my retainer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Retainers can be paused with 30 days notice. We'll wrap up in-flight work, hand off docs and credentials, and you can resume whenever you're ready. We aim to be the kind of partner you want around — not one you're locked into.

What if a sprint takes longer than 30 days?

Accepted Answer

We eat the overage on the original scope. If the scope expands mid-project (new requirements, new integrations), we'll write a small change order and quote the additional work transparently. No surprise invoices.

Question 4

Do you do hourly billing?

Accepted Answer

No. Hourly billing creates incentive misalignment — agencies that bill hourly are rewarded for inefficiency. We bill fixed-fee per sprint or flat retainer per month so we share your interest in shipping.

Can we start small and scale up?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and we recommend it. Most clients start with a single Sprint, then move to an Engine retainer once they see the work and want to layer in additional systems.

Are there setup fees or hidden extras?

Accepted Answer

No. The price is the price. The only thing not included is third-party tool spend (Claude API, n8n hosting, Smartlead seats, etc.), which we estimate up-front in the SOW and you pay directly to those vendors.
